Purpose: To demonstrate the value of the hospital librarian, services and programs. Help librarians justify their positions and demonstrate their value.
The toolkit is divided into 3 main sections:
Dazzling Stakeholders – Librarians use their business and information skills to leverage support from stakeholders.
Hub – Librarians promote the library as the center of collaboration and access to information virtually/digitally and/or physically.
Excellence - Librarians engage in lifelong learning to develop the skills and competencies to provide excellent service and stay relevant.
